QuizPics Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to QuizPics (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

QuizPics is a quiz game that uses photos and/or videos from users’ device galleries. During each game:

• Players select and share media from their devices
• Content is temporarily stored for the duration of the game plus 24 hours
• Players guess who owns each photo or video
• Points are awarded based on correct answers and response speed
• The player with the highest score at the end wins

3. Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use QuizPics. If you are under 16, you must have parental consent. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

4. User Content and Rights

When you share photos or videos in the App:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us permission to use your content only for game functionality
• Content is automatically deleted 24 hours after the game ends
• You must have the right to share any content you upload
• You must respect the privacy of people who appear in your photos/videos

5. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You must not share:

• Illegal or offensive content
• Explicit, violent, or inappropriate material
• Content that violates others’ rights
• Content featuring people who haven’t consented
• Commercial or promotional material

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only share content you have the right to use
• Respect other users’ privacy
• Not misuse or attempt to hack the App
• Not copy or modify the App
• Not use automated systems or bots

7. Our Rights

We may:

• Remove inappropriate content
• Terminate games containing prohibited content
• Update or modify the App’s features
• Suspend access for users who violate these Terms

8. Content Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Content shared by other users
• Technical issues or interruptions
• Loss of any content
• Accuracy of game results

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to Gramos Imeri. You may not copy or modify these elements without permission.

10. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will:

• Always be available
• Work perfectly
• Be free from errors

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of data
• Technical issues
• User-shared content

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be handled by French courts.
